Public Relations is one of a sector in an organization that mediates between a certain organization and its customer, stakeholder, media as well as the entire public regarding the product and service they render. Job satisfaction is an important element in any organization. Attitudes and feelings affect the behavior of employees, which contribute to organizations' success or failure. A person with a high level of job satisfaction holds positive attitudes toward the job, while a person who is dissatisfied with his or her job holds negative attitudes toward the job.
