I bought this for extra storage on a travel trailer tongue, I mounted it, and relocated my battery to one end of the box. still had plenty of storage for my weight distribution bars and misc. other items to free up space in my storage units. I know I have seen alot of other reviews about these boxes being cheap and lightweight. But, now days all diamond plate boxes are extremely light weight compared to the ol days. This box is built as good as any out there and has good construction.
