Instructions

. Use On: Indoor & outdoor wood, metal, most plastics, wicker, glass, ceramic, masonry, paper & fabric. Painting Conditions: Spray outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Protect surrounding areas. Best results when air & surface temperature is 50°F(10°C) - 90°F(32°C) & humidity below 85%. Preparation: Warning! If your scrape, sand or remove old paint, you may release lead dust. Lead is toxic. Contact the National Lead Information Hotline at 1-800-424-LEAD or log on to www.epa.gov/lead. Sand shiny surfaces. Surfaces should be clean dull and dry. Remove loose rust and paint with wire brush or sand paper. For additional protection, a separate coat of primer can be applied, especially on bare wood and metal. Painting: Shake can 1-2 minutes & during use. Test spray in an inconspicuous area for compatibility. Hold can 6"-8" from surface, spray in sweeping motion side to side with slight overlap. Apply multiple thin coats, wait 1 minute between each coat. Dry & Application Times: Dries in 10 minutes or less. Handle in 1 hour. Apply additional coats within 4 hours or after 24. Note: CoverMaxx? offers the fastest dry time within the general purpose aerosol category. After Use: To prevent clogs, hold can upside down & spray until clear gas appears. To clean paint on tip, wear eye protection, & wipe off with mineral spirits - Do Not stick pin in tip opening. Clean overspray with mineral spirits, following solvent manufacturer's instructions. Recycle empty can & cap per local regulations.
