Easy to assemble basically ready right out of the box.. putting the back rest on was a little tough, but just needed to push it down hard to get it to connect. Purchased the chair for my elderly mother to make it easier for her and on us to help her get in and out of her chair. Heat works well however it would be nice if the heat was on the back as well. The massage function works well. legs will go fully up and chair will lay back. So far the material seems durable for the price. Cupholders are a real nice feature as well as the pockets on the sides and the USB port. This was a good purchase for us.

This chair comes with 2 remotes, 1 for recliner/lift and the other one for the vibration. If I plug my recliner/lift remote in my other remote doesn't work, if I plug in the vibration remote in the lift doesn't work. Ever since I bought the chair on April 9th I called customer service everyday to see if someone can help me and all they keep sending me is the directions I already have. If someone can do a face time with me I'm sure we could have got it fixed but no one wants to take time out and help so therefore I am returning the chair. Customer service for Walmart and Dextrius is horrible. Don't buy anything especially furniture from Walmart. What a pain to return something I can't lift and bring to the store. Horrible customer service.
