Whether medium or heavy flow, the multi-layer padding is super absorbent and holds the fluid equivalent of 3-4 tampons! Outer knit is cotton and elastane. Padding is a cotton and polyester blend. Elastic waistband provides a secure fit. Cotton-blend body is breathable. Panties support medium to heavy period flow up to 4 teaspoons. Front and back have center panels with sewn-in, absorbent padding. 2-ply padding has 4 layers of absorbent protection for accidental leaks. High rise rests at high waist. Moderate rear coverage. Tagless. Cotton crotch gusset. Eco-friendly panties may be washed and reused. Designed in Australia, by women and for women. Please note: This product is non-returnable.

These are the best!
These are the awesomest. I haven't tried them without a cup, so I cannot vouch for their full absorbency. But they are very comfortable and they have great coverage in the areas that are most likely to have leaks. They go further up the back than a nighttime pad even, which has always been the greatest challenge. I definitely feel more secure at nighttime as a backup and if I need something, but not quite enough to use a cup. The breathable cotton is great too. Love this product!
