Useless Maintainer

Sure the charger is working and I like the additional cords for various connection options but it says that you must disconnect after each charge. What?? What's the point of having a maintainer that has to be unplugged after every use? I can use my regular battery charger for that. Also, I thought I could just put it on a power strip and switch it on and off as needed... NOPE, the stupid charger stays lite. SO, if it is not getting power from the outlet, it must be DISCHARGING the very battery it just charged up. Needless to say, this is going back to Walmart.
