Question for the negative reviewers: Is it really fair to blame Walmart for your failure to check (or UNcheck) acceptable substitutions?? You do that during the checkout process. 😯 This product is NOT a "scam." I just tried it for the first time. Right out of the gate, I found these don't leak. No mess left on my pillow - despite cutting a strip down to scale (these are HUGE!)! For me, that alone was worthy of 3 stars. The fourth is granted upon waking up and NOT feeling the pain and sting I've experienced from what I was beginning to think was my newly developed, "hormone induced" (menopause, actually) cystic skin issue. The fifth came into play upon removal of the strip, and discovering undeniable improvement! (That was a first.) I'd give a sixth for the gentle handling of my crazy sensitive skin! Though I can't yet speak to its efficacy long term, I CAN say it works in the short. And it kicked a few burgeoning volcanoes to the curb!
