Ingredients:

1.Wheat

2.Salt

3.Red chilli

4.Cumin seed

5.Turmeric

6.Ginger

7.Black Pepper

8.Garlic

9.Sugar

10.Citric Acid

11.Mace

12.Nutmeg

13.Cinnamon

14.Clove

15.Barley

16.Gram lentil

17.Yellow lentil

18.Split green lentil

19.White lentil

Steps of Cooking:

1.Heat the oil, fry onions till golden brown. Take out half of the onions and half oil. Keep aside.

2.Add meat, ginger and garlic pastes into remaining fried onions and fry for a few min.

3.Add Quick Cook Haleem Recipe & Lentil Mix packet “B” and fry for another 5 min.

4.Add 5 glasses of water and cook on low heat till the meat is tender. Mash cooked meat with a wooden hand masher. In another large heavy pan, dissolve National Quick Cook Haleem Recipe and Lentil Mix packet “A” in 7 glasses of water and cook on high flame for 15 min. and Keep stirring.

5.Add meat and cook for 30 min. on low heat.

8.Delicious Haleem is ready. Garnish with oil. Serve with National Chaat Masala, fried onions, lemon, ginger julienne and green masala.
