Warm and cozy
I'm a senior and had problems keeping warm enough in bed even with my heat set at 75°. I purchased two Sunbeam electric blankets over the course of three years and neither one of them got warm enough. In fact, they were barely warm at all. I purchased the heated mattress pad, cut off the stretchy part all around the outside and use it like a blanket, on top of me. It gets very, very warm and now I can sleep comfortably.
