NOT worth $40!

NOT heavy weight by any means! This is the quality of a cheap sweatshirt in the $15.00 range, surely NOT in the $40 range! I am not returning it simply because I need it for a gift with no more time to get a different one. I shoulld have just gotten one at Dollar General!
