I have asthma related to severe allergies so I'm always dry and raspy but these give me relief without causing me stomach issues like heartburn or disruptions in my gut flora ! I haven't gotten any mouth ulcers from them but I do notice some relief in congestion. Plus they are gluten and soy free makes! A big plus for my allergies!
