My Mom and I got these because we take Body Pump at our gym a few times a week. The bar used to kill our backs but with this cushion, by the end of the class, we have no neck/back/shoulder pain at all. It has even allowed us to increase our weight on the bar. I would definitely reccommend it. It's also really light weight so I just keep it in my gym bag at all times.
