Excellent customer service

I purchased their batteries for my Sony a6500 almost 2 years ago. After which my batteries weren’t holding a charge. I reached out to customer services and inquired what can be done. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered a replacement just asked me information and proof of purchase then sent me battery replacements. They stand by their product. Very pleased with the company overall.
