NOT new

This was represented as new - no mention of used or refurb. Thought it was a good deal. It arrived missing parts/accessories that go with a new unit and looked like someone wrapped it (sloppily) on their workbench. No box, none of the stuff that comes with new Verizon devices. Most notably, it didn't have the card that accepts the SIM card. I will be returning it.
