I was so pleased with my first 2 quart saucepan that I added a second. What a piece of culinary sculpture! And, of course, it cooks as advertised. Unlike the lid handle on my other high-end saucepan, the handle on my Demeyere never gets too hot to comfortably hold barehanded.
