The erratic Scatter Rap CountDown perfectly mimics a spooked baitfish fleeing attack, but unlike in nature, this one doesn’t get away. Rapala starts with the classic balsa body shape, then adds their new Scatter Lip, so whether you cast and count down or troll it, it moves with aggressive, evasive, erratic sweeping action.
