A great workout!

I love the Denise Austin Firming videos. There are 10 minute segments that total 30 minutes or more. I can exercise for the length of time I have available. Denise really works the muscles. Love her!

Denise Austin wears thong leotard in 2 of the workouts, and a g-string leotard for the other workout, which just shows her butt way too much.
