Rockford Fosgate R150x2
I purchased this amp because I really like my 500 watt Fosgate R500x1D I have hooked to a Fosgate P3 10 in a custom ported box in the back of my 4 door Jeep Wrangler. The problem was on the highway with the top off and the windows down all you could here was bass. The wind completely drowned out all of the Jeeps terrible stock speakers. Having owned many Fosgate products in the past and never being disappointed I bought this amp (which is built very sturdy) and some 6x9 boxes(I already had some 6x9's that were not being used) and slid them under the back seat facing the front of the Jeep. They sound awesome, before I would have to turn it up all the way just to almost hear it and now just barely over half way up and I'm jam'n doing 70 on the highway. As always Rockford has exceeded my expectations with a verification certificate of 175 watts RMS as did my 500 watt amp that said 630 watts RMS and my 250 watt amp that was 291 watts RMS. With Rockford Fosgate you always get more than you pay for.
