A Delightful Way to Seek Soul Rest

Do you desire more rest and less chaos in your life? Perhaps you don't even know why you feel restless, but you're desperately trying to seek out more calmness in your life. Sand Between Your Toes is for you. In reading in this book, I truly envisioned myself on a beach, eyes closed, breathing quietly in contemplation. You see, most of us struggle with rest because we simply aren't aware that we can rest well and live well at the same time. But it is possible. In fact, Jesus intentionally spent time in rest, demonstrating its essential part of life. Anna Kettle paints beautiful pictures of how Christ rested, and gives us the inspiration to make the most of the minutes our days for rest.

Beautiful read!

I loved this wonderful little book that makes me pause and think. This is a needed devotional full of authenticity from the author and gives ample space to reflect. The "Pause and Sift" section has beautiful reminders with a short prayer that is a highlight of this book for me. I couldn't recommend it enough!
