Highly versatile substrate!

Awesome sheets of real canvas, primed and ready to use, especially versatile for plein air painting with acrylics! Just clip it onto a portable drawing board and place it in your plein air easel or just on your lap, once dry the canvas can be rolled and toted. If you get the larger size you'll have enough to paint on and then stretch over either a wood panel or stretcher bars when it's dry. Reduces the bulkiness of pre-stretched canvas when out in the field. Great for casual experimenting with pigments and can be cut into smaller pieces, stitched, glued, collaged, and more.

Real Canvas

Important to note: these are actual canvas sheets. Not paper with canvas texture. Have been buying this pad for awhile and love it. Can use full sheet, or cut in half for two 6 X 8" sheets. I've used as is, and also mounted to MDF and birch board. Love the texture. I apply a coat or two of gesso. They are great when you are in practice-mode. I'm currently doing a small oil painting a day and this pad is great and the dried painting easy to store.
