[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here in the land of shifting soils, sudden storms, and constant moisture hanging in the air, it's inevitable that your windows and doors will develop early onset cracks, bulges, and gaps. The frame of my kitchen box seat window is particularly susceptible due to the mini roof overhang sitting on top of it, and has already begun to separate from the framing less than a year after remodeling and sealing. I'm already a huge fan of caulks in my pretty, aging home, but none in my collection perform the way this one from GE Sealants Supreme does. It's a paintable, waterproof flexible silicone adhesive that is rain proof in 30 minutes, and paintable in 60. The hybrid formula is safe both indoor and outdoor, and once filled and set it will bend and shift with the constantly resettling house to maintain the seal. This means a lot less work for me, and a longer life expectancy for my windows. The crazy Texas sun, storms, and humidity won't stand a chance against all the water and UV proofing tech put into this easy to use cartridge. I can't wait to try it on all the door gaps so I can get my HVAC bills under control.
