Have another one just like it, I had it for 6-12 months The brew button would not start brewing, so had to get one, can't do without coffee. I will keep receipt of purchase this time. I keep them clean and I don't abuse it. I guess just faulty. Everything was working just fine before this.

i love this coffee pot. daily use in my office for myself and customers , the pause button is one my favorite features . it allows my customers that are in a rush for time to pause the pot drip free yes its really true,and make themselves a super quick cup of coffee ☕! no mess ! it is super convenient first thing in the morning! the price was great , had the product itself with couple hours , super easy to clean and set up , and has many more available features as well which are great . nice sleek design clock and timer and auto shut off and much more! and it has a long electric cord as well and i know many people may not think about something as such as the length of the cord , but, have you ever tried hook all your favorite little kitchen appliances in your favorite little spot and it always something that dont reach or fit..... i have never had this issue with this brand of products and good life span as well you definitely get every single dollar worth and some ! thanks!
