We are sorry to hear about your experience with the BackBeat 100 Series headphones, please try the following: Completely unpair the headphones from your device, power off the headphones and your phone, turn on your phone, press and hold the "call" button until you hear pairing, re-pair and test. If the issue continues, please test on a different device before proceeding with a replacement. Your headphones carry a 1 year warranty when purchased new.
