Product great, condition very disappointing

The brand and product itself is great. I ordered a pair for my car and they arrived in a sealed plastic bag. One was perfect but the other a dirty, previously opened package with the clear plastic pulled apart from the cardboard backing and the attachment clip missing. It never should have been shipped like that at all. Very disappointed in that regard.
