Help with back pain!

I have scoliosis and have been having terrible low back pain. On my first try, I did a very light 30 minute bounce and noticed later that night that my back/right hip was no longer burning. I woke up this morning with no back pain for the first time in months. I was so excited I started my day with a 10 minute bounce that included lots of twists, some jogs etc. A totally unexpected and unexpected result and I am thrilled.

Best gym equipment

I bought it about 3 months ago and I use it about 3 or 4 times a week for 10 to 30 minutes a day and trust me I see a big change in my body and when it arrived I weighed 150 lbs , with intermittent fasting and now I am 139 pounds amazing I think this exercise has helped me a lot I recommend it if you don't have time to go to the gym this is the best option

A great piece of exercise equipment

I really like this little trampoline and it works really well. The "bounce" exercise is not as gentle on my knees as running, but it still has an effect, so be aware of that if you have restrictions. It really helps me work out when I'm out over a hundred degrees and I can't go to the gym because I'm taking care of my two toddlers.
