I used Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold and flu for the first time when I got Covid-19 (even though I had been vaccinated and boosted). I had tried several other cold and flu medications and nothing was giving me relief. I tried the Alka Seltzer Plus Cold and Flu and started feeling better by the next day!
