This tape works perfect, but together with straightes. I use it after my 45 years artritis history. Many times doctors recommended me to make the surgeries. And I know not very seccesful results. I make my exercise every day and change my tape once a week. You will be surprised, but it works. I am 70 years age. For 11.68 I began to sleep every night. Trust me.
