Not right size as marked

This item was not the right size. I ordered it for my daughter who wears size 7/8... I ordered it in size 10, but when I put it on my daughter the shoulders and sleeves feel like it's size 6. My daughter was not even wearing thick clothes, she was only wearing a fitted T-shirt. The material is very cheap kind especially for the price I paid for. I would not recommend this to anyone, it's a waste of money!!!!
