Excellent even for those not into martial arts!

This is short, easy to read book may have its foundation in martial arts, but if you aren't into martial arts, most of the content is still highly relevant. Broken into short chapters with an overarching method, it would be easy for non martial artists to pick up easily and understand the lessons being shared. To me, much of this book is rooted in holistic health and well being, as well as having a mental mindset to do your best and overcome obstacles. I've given copies of this book to people outside of martial arts, and they have enjoyed it as well. Overall - a great book that may make you think (or want to and begin thinking) differently. Highly recommended as a thoughtful endeavor into living, and, of course, martial arts.
