Must have for people with arthritis
I am allergic to the various joint supplements that contain chondroitin and MSM combinations but I am able to take Glucosamine HCL by itself. I have found that the Schiff Glucosamine 2000mg (per serving) Tablets Joint Care Supplement With Hyaluronic Acid are effective for me. I tried going without it and the arthritis in my body was intolerable after about six weeks. It took several weeks after starting back on this supplement before I felt a difference but I know that I cannot go without this supplement as part of my battle with arthritis. I trust the Schiff quality. I have tried others and the bottles have broken pills or empty capsules and I do not think they work as well. I try to look for it and stock up when it is on sale.
