EXCELLENT

This is my FAVORITE workout video. Steps are really easy. I always get a good workout with this. The music is upbeat, and I always get "into" it. I am buying more videos from this collection TODAY!

Don't waste your money

I have a few dance workout dvds and this one is by far my least favorite. The moves are not fun at all and difficult to catch on to because they are taught poorly. It's collecting dust on my shelf. I recommend instead: Crunch: Cardio Dance Blast (cheesy but fun, beginner level#, Dance Off the Inches: Dance It Off Ballroom #advanced beginner/intermediate#, or Dance with Julianne: Cardio Ballroom #intermediate or maybe advanced beginner).
