Bare minimum support

I have an 18 inch bicep and the XL size fit well. This support itself did little to reduce the tennis elbow pain but helped when I used it with a lidocaine patch. It also becomes somewhat itchy after wearing it for 30 minutes or more. I use in now only occasionally.
