I have been wearing this bra style for many years and it still continues to be the best one for me. The slight padding in it is just enough to get the look just right. The straps are wide enough so they do not dig into your shoulder or back area. Exceptionally comfortable for me. Highly recommend it.

This might be the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. I gave up underwires a few years back, and have looked relentlessly for something that provides good support while not looking like a straitjacket. (and at a reasonable price) I was really leery of the padding, as most of those pads look so unnatural, and add size, which at a 36DD I do NOT need. This bra checks all the boxes. I will be ordering more of this style.
