This is my second waist nipper, I took the first one with me when we went on our cross country vacation this spring. On our way home I slipped and fell backward over a bath tube, breaking three lower spines, I didn't go to the ER as I know I should have, but I did, cinch up my waist nipper. It made the 3000 mile home bearable. The doctor told me I should have gone to the doctor there, but said, I did exactly, what they would have done. only, with a wrap. My advice, always have one in your suitcase..
