Informative and gives pros and cons

I like the ice machine however it has some quirks such as you have to break up the ice it makes. 2. Since the ice is square it's harder to get out. 3. If you place the freeze level up too high it causes it to freeze at the bottom and you have to either break it out or hold down the off button for 5 seconds and it will make it thaw out. I would also recommend to buy the jug on top so you don't have to refill it so many times.

Best ice ever

I love everything about this ice maker. I love how quickly and easily it makes beautifully clear ice. I love the type of ice it makes. I love how well the ice works in my little snowie ice shaver. I did have an issue with the first one leaking but Appliance depot sent me a replacement so the seller definitely matters. Basic stuff - It's countertop appliance size, it can be noisy when the ice drops into the tray, as the ice melts the water is recycled to make more, ice. I only use distilled water and the ice is clear as glass and sounds like a bag full of broken glass when you freeze a baggie full. I am not an ice eater but for crushed ice in the blender, shaved ice with the little snowie, keeping drinks cold longer and making loads of ice this machine meets all of my ice needs. Love it!
