Bad Agitator Design

So this Agitator has been discontinued and replaced with a different model number. The replacement is the same design, which was poorly done. The "paddles" at the bottom of the agitator are not connected to the base itself. Clothes get stuck and are sometimes very difficult to get out. One of these paddles broke and we haven't owned this machine 2 years yet. Lets see how long the replacement lasts.

Verified Purchase

Not worth the money

Bought in December, now it's March and there is a crack in the plastic which soon will result in one of the blade's breaking and then the washer becomes unbalanced. That's exactly what happened with the original one that lasted for 10 years as opposed to this piece of junk that lasted 4 months.

Terrible design

The fins of the agitator are not connected at the bottom. I have replaced this part at least 4 times and need a new one now. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!
