HQRP True HEPA Replacement Filter is a combination filter that incorporates multiple layers of filtration including: a pre-filter, with a charcoal layer and Sub-HEPA filter. A pre-filter / activated carbon filter removes large particles from the air and captures household odors from cooking, pets and smoking. The Sub-HEPA filter is able to capture 99.97% of airborne particles / allergens down to a size of 0.3 microns.
