Quercetin/Bromelain
I'd been reading about the benefits of this product, so I decided to give it a try. I'm not sure about the other benefits which are more internal and I can't readily determine if good things are happening inside, but I can say my blood pressure has steadied significantly.

It's antioxidant & anti-inflammatory....
I've been giving quercetin to my child to help with her allergies. Quercetin has a lot of health benefits, being that it's antioxidant & anti-inflammatory. We also learned over the past few years that quercetin shuttles zinc into cells when fighting colds, flu or other viral infections. I like Bestvite because it does NOT contain magnesium stearate or other junky fillers.
