I've used a number of flours, including King Arthur, and this is the best of them. The crumb is strong yet light. Taste is excellent. The only problem is that it's not that easy to get here in TX so snap it up while you can.

I'm not a pro baker by any stretch. More than a year ago I became my wife's caregiver - head cook, bottle washer, janitor, and such. Several months ago I took to baking bread, making mistakes as fast a I could. When it came time to replenish my flour supply the shortages were already in effect. It was either go with something of which I was not familiar, or go without. I took the chance. Using WhiteLily, I've baked several loaves of white as well as white-wheat. In my opinion, WhiteLily bread flour measures up favorable with the major brands I've purchased at Walmart. Will I purchase it again? Absolutely.
