Yes, I wanted a calming drink that helps digestion. But Disclaimer needs to be printed bigger that it May cause drowsiness. This tea totally makes me drowsy. I was putting 1bag in w/ morning green tea and could not figure out why I was so drowsy when I needed to focus during a job training. Once I saw Small Disclaimer on back I now drink at night close to bed and that works great and keeps me very regular in the morning lavatory routine. Does taste refreshingly calm.
