Great

This is really good for a fast homemade pizza. Follow the directions and precooked the crust before putting on the toppings.

Pretty good if you let it sit

Its hard to find a good mix since pizza dough is sour dough after all. I have found if halve the oil, make the dough ball, then use spray on olive oil,ect and either wrap it up and let it sit covered at room temp for a 3 or more hours or more then roll out the crust shape with a roller using a bit of olive oil,ect it makes a better crust. But it also helps to have a very hot oven, even preheat your pan, and put the dough on tinfoil, before hand let the pan heat up transfer it, tinfoil and all, into the oven on the pan. When its done remove it from the pan placing it on a cookie rack, then let it sit for 2 or 3 minutes, this ensures crispness. You can doable up the packages to make make a normal pizza crust or cheat and use half a cup of flour, I find self rising works better. Oil(pepperoni), water(vegetables) from toppings and pizza sauce make soggy pizza, so you'll have to experiment a bit.

Easy to make

While this crust isn't quite as good as homemade, it's a tasty and convenient substitute! This package made a crust to fit our 12 inch pizza stone.
