Instructions

Cooking measurements: servings (approx. Cups cooked) 3-4. rice (cup) 1. water (cup) 2. salt (optional-teaspoons) 1. olive oil (optional- teaspoons) 1. for firmer rice, use less water and simmer for a shorter time. For softer rice, use more water and simmer for a longer time. Do not lift lid while cooking.

Safe Handling Instructions

Cooking directions: 1. bring water to a boil. Add salt and olive oil (optional). 2. add blue ribbon extra long grain rice and return to boil. 3. cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
