My toddler loves this pasta and I feel good about serving it. When I cook the pasta I only stir it once maybe twice to pull it off the bottom of the pot. I boil it for seven minutes, drain it, and add butter right away. If I stir it too much or cook it too long it gets really gluey and the baby doesn't eat it as well.

Best pasta every!
Aside from Konjac noodles (which are hard to find and expensive), these are by far my favorite pasta. They taste amazing and my family doesn't feel as though they are being deprived of their fave meals. They can still have spaghetti, mac'n'cheese, etc... I can feel good about what they are eating. Gluten-free and high in protein, these noodles help the meat go further too because they are so filling.
