I like annie's in general.They have pretty good food. everything is so high though, i have to buy a little at a time

This is by far the best gluten free mac %26 cheese I have ever eaten! I taste test the noodles as they're at the 9 minute mark to see if they're the right texture. Pull out a noodle on a fork, plop it on a cutting board and feel it with my fingers then pop it in my mouth. If it's not right, I let it cook another minute then taste it again. I use package directions as a guideline due to having the hardest water on Earth. Your experience with cooking time may be different due to your altitude or water type (hard or soft) so give it a taste and adjust the cooking time until the pasta is perfect. We generally cook it then put a lid on and leave it until we're ready to eat. The texture stay perfect even if it sits for several minutes. We have never been disappointed by this gluten-free pasta so we keep several boxes in the pantry. The whole family loves it and our dog starts singing the song of her people when she sees the box lol I have celiac disease and can count on the safety of this Annie's product. It has never given me any symptoms of being glutened. We buy a couple boxes every week and if our store is temporarily out of it we just order it online. Easy peasy
