Great pack

I have several other Deuter backpacks and really like the other ones. I decided to try out this one for my work pack. All of my other packs I have had for years and still use them now. It works great for me and holds everything that I need it to. I would defiantly recommend this product to my friends.

good features but too tall

One major bug bear with this model IMHO, it's height makes it too clunky for heli-skiing and other general use. The 30L and the 26L are the same height so nothing gained in this regard by going for the smaller volume pack. Its multiple pockets appear valuable at first, but then I think it becomes annoying
