Chunky Monkey

I got this runner for my entryway--I think the jute woven in will help absorb any wetness coming in and out of the house when it's raining outside. The rug itself is soooooo chic. Chunky, with white pieces woven through out, and rough/loose edges everywhere. I saw a similar rug at Pottery Barn....it was way out of my price range, so I was excited to find this great option! I am an associate of Walmart and I received this item at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest review.

Solid, attractive, rug!

I actually ordered two rugs because I was worried this rug would be too light in color for an entry rug. Turns out is is much darker than depicted in the photo, to my pleasant surprise. The rug is made of cotton and jute. The jute is a more natural darker color than it appears in the photo prompting me to keep this rug instead of the other. It is very thick and I think it will wear very well in our front entry. It is not scratchy to bare feet, I love the feel of it. It does slide on a wood floor so I purchased a rug mat to hold it in place. I've only had it a couple of weeks so I cannot say how it will truly hold up but I am a fan of Safavieh rugs. I have 8 in my home.
