Forged in one piece, one of its main characteristics is the half bolster. Lastly, It has stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets which means corrosion won't ever be a problem for this knife and ensures a better grip.
- SAFETY AND DESIGN: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
