disappointed

I bought this for my 8 yr old granddaughter. We were so disappointed, this is a real piece of junk. the stitches would fall out there was no bobbin. There is no way this product she be for sale. I had bought the machine to start her out for sewing. boy was I ever so disappointed. Don't waste your money and time buying this.

Impluse buy in store---major mistake

I got this for a very sweet little girl who wanted to learn to sew...there's no possible way! I'm not sure where to begin: the lack of bobbin? The near impossible needle that you are expected to thread? The 'cover' over said needle that has to be removed (with a screwdriver) every time you need to thread the needle? The cheap pressure foot that can't hold the thinnest material? Put it all together and you have one very disappointed child and one extremely frustrated adult. Makes one feel really terrible to let a child down when they got so excited about the machine in the first place: "this is the best gift I ever got!" That sure didn't last.

Singer EZ-Stitch Chainstitch Sewing Machine

Such a disappointment. My little one was so excited about sewing like mommy & this thing was a total waste of time. I hate to leave negative feedback, but this thing deserves it. Every piece you touch on the machine falls apart the instant you try to thread it, change the thread, etc., and this all happened 10 minutes into trying to set it up for her. I wouldn't buy this again even if it were priced at $1. So surprised to see that Singer put their name on it.
