This Latch was actually quite attractive. From the online picture I thought it might have a crude finish. I like it so much I may buy more.

Poor Design

Poor design. The notches where the latch slides up and down through can't be used to slide the latch down and put in the notches to prevent slide latch from being lifted

Flawed

The latch doesn't work. There are notches stamped into the shaft to keep it from being retracted all the way out of the one bracket, but these same notches prevent it from engaging in the other bracket. The holes are the same size!
