Right part? Refund coming? Getting screwed on the restocking fee?

It appeared the incorrect part may have been sent because of misinformation we received when ordering. The part has since been sent back, postage paid by us, restocking paid by us(overcharged in our opinion), and we still have not seen anything posted to the credit card account used by us.
